I invite you to join our 6-Week Trauma-Informed Yoga Series, designed specifically to foster an enhanced sense of safety in your body and promote calmness in your nervous system. Whether you are currently navigating grief, loss, or traumatic memories stored in the body, this series offers a weekly gentle movement practice. It incorporates the deeply supportive principles of both Yin and Restorative Yoga, providing a nourishing and enriching way to enhance your  body-mind connection

Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Journey Series (75 minutes).  Dates: Fridays, January 9–February 13th - Time: 1:15–2:30 PM. This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy and the post-partum period. The focus is on breathwork, mindfulness, and the mama-baby connection. Yoga can help reduce laboring time and prepare new mothers physically and mentally for all stages of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and post-partum recovery. Includes Sound Bath! Cost: -$20/drop in or, $108/6 week series (savings of 10% savings).

We invite you to join us for an exciting new three-part series focused on self-discovery through expressive art, play, and somatic movement. This unique opportunity will be hosted by Lisa Marie Young, Registered Clinical Counsellor & Registered Yoga Teacher, and Natalie Green, a talented local Artist and Art Expression enthusiast. The series will take place on three consecutive Saturdays: January 24th & 31st, and February 7th, with sessions running from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM. Cost: $135/per 3- part series Or, $45 per/session.
