Registered Clinical Counselling Services:
I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#21260) based in Salmon Arm. With a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and over 28 years of experience combined in the mental health and human services field, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and couples on their journey toward mental, physical, and psychological wellness. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based trauma treatment. My practice focuses on supporting adults navigating grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, life transitions, and perinatal wellness. I specialize in supporting women from the perinatal stage through perimenopause, as well as those managing Adult ADHD, chronic pain, and body image concerns. In addition to this, I am also registered as a Mental Health Care Provider with the First Responders Health BC.​ My approach is person-centered and culturally respectful. ​I am a registered provider with several organizations, allowing me to direct bill funders including:​ First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), Crime Victims Assistance Program (CVAP), Work BC, Pacific Blue Cross, Telus E-Health and Sun Life Insurance​.
